Hello ElaME
It’s been over half a month since I last wrote something. Busy with final exams. Being a first-year grad student feels like being a freshman again — cramming for finals at the end of the semester…
Even though exams are over, I can’t go home and relax just yet. I planned to spend this whole week in Jiading — working on the Automotive Institute project with some undergrads and writing a conference speech. But you never know what’ll happen. Come Monday, I ended up sitting in front of a computer at the Basic Software Center with nothing to do.
Installed CVS, checked out code, built the platform. Wrote HelloWorld, ran it. Ran into problems, solved them. It felt like being back in the happy coding days. Nothing much to do, even the build had issues. With nothing better to do, I have time to write meaningless stuff on my blog. Feeling sleepy, time to head back. Print some digital photos and get some rest.
